If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
3. Description of Services
Jobstrack.io is a web-based platform that monitors publicly available company career pages and provides users with job alerts based on selected preferences.
The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute career, recruitment, or employment services. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
Important Limitations
We do not guarantee:
- the availability of job listings
- the accuracy or completeness of job information
- uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time delivery of alerts
- that all companies or roles will be monitored successfully
Monitoring frequency and performance may vary depending on technical constraints, third-party systems, and external website changes.
Job listings are sourced from publicly available data. We do not control or guarantee the availability, structure, or accuracy of these sources.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any companies whose job listings are referenced.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate account information
- safeguarding your login credentials
- all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
This means:
- Paddle processes payments
- applicable taxes (including VAT) are calculated and applied by Paddle
- your purchase may be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms

6.2 Subscription Model
The Services are offered on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
6.3 Billing Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
6.4 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period with full access to the Services.
At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
6.5 Pricing
Prices are displayed at checkout.
Prices may be displayed in a specific currency (for example, USD). Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Applicable taxes (including VAT) are calculated and applied by Paddle.
6.6 Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are processed by Paddle in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
However, for digital services:
By starting a free trial or paid subscription and gaining immediate access to the Services, you:
- expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service
- acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access until the end of that period.
9. Service Limits and Fair Use
To ensure fair and reliable operation, the Services include usage limits.
Accounts are intended for individual, non-commercial use unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
You may not:
- create multiple accounts to bypass limits
- abuse free trials
- use automated tools to extract or replicate data
- resell or commercially exploit the Services
- interfere with system performance
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful purposes
- interfere with or disrupt the Services
- attempt unauthorized access
- use harmful automation
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain our property or that of our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Any feedback or suggestions may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

If your account is terminated due to a violation, access may be revoked without refund, to the extent permitted by law.
