Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Jobstrack.io.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, and refunds in accordance with their policies.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial that provides full access to the Services. You will not be charged during the trial period.

If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the trial ends.

3. Refunds

Transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once a payment has been successfully processed, unless required by applicable law.

Because the Services are provided immediately upon activation of your subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • you receive full access during the free trial period
  • the paid subscription begins only after the trial ends

Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis in exceptional circumstances, such as verified billing errors, fraud, or material technical defects.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA, Switzerland & UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you normally possess a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a digital content contract.

However, in accordance with applicable consumer law, this right may no longer apply once the service has begun, where you have provided prior express consent.

By starting a free trial or paid subscription and gaining immediate access to the Services, you:

  • expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service
  • give your express consent to waive your withdrawal rights once the service has begun

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

6. How to Request Assistance or Refunds

Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, all payments, taxes, and refunds (where applicable) are handled by Paddle.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or technical defect, you can request one by:

  • using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email
  • visiting Paddle's buyer support site at paddle.net
  • contacting us directly at support@jobstrack.io

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us or Paddle support to resolve any billing issues before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

If you initiate a chargeback, access to your Jobstrack.io account may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.

8. Abuse

We reserve the right to take action, including account suspension or termination, in cases of abuse, including:

  • repeated attempts to bypass trial limitations
  • misuse of the service
  • violation of our Terms and Conditions
